Before the card member leaves for their trip, the Essentialist team follows the below steps:
· Full and final itinerary check making sure all details are included
· Reconfirm all bookings with providers
· Send a pre-trip departure message via the messaging system on the portal. This message will include a final copy of the digital itinerary link plus a PDF version which includes any personal information for the card member such as booking names and confirmation numbers. This message will also note any important information or documents that should be passed along to the card member (egs. train tickets that must be printed or a reminder about passenger locator forms that need to be filled out at check in)
· Ask if the card member would like a phone call to run through the final itinerary and ask any last minute questions
