Using the messaging system

Why do we use the portal messaging system?
The messaging system is a secure platform to communicate between the AmEx and the Essentialist teams so that trip and card member details can be shared safely. The messaging system also keeps all communication in one place so that anyone covering a trip can read over the conversation and understand where planning is up to at any given time.
Please note:
· All messages should have a title and an SLA selected.
· The maximum size of attachments allowed on the messaging system is 12MB
· The Essentialist team are also available for phone calls as needed, if a call does take place the Essentialist Travel Designer will write down a brief summary in the messaging system to record anything that was discussed
