Adding a new trip

When a new trip is loaded into the portal, the Essentialist team automatically receive a notification. Essentialist will acknowledge the new request and send over the tailored proposal via the messaging system according to the SLA.
Helpful notes to include on new trip requests:
· Has the card member been to this destination previously?
· If children are travelling, how old are the children?
· Any specific trip goals that the card member has mentioned
· Any items that Essentialist should focus on (is a full itinerary preferred or just experiences and restaurants for example)
