Introduction - What can Essentialist help with?

Creating a Full itinerary from scratch

· A full itinerary includes: accommodation, transportation, experiences, restaurants and any miscellaneous requests (eg. Private chefs, concert tickets, nanny services). Essentialist can suggest, quote and book all itinerary items.

Enhanced itineraries

· If a card member already has some items confirmed such as hotels and flights, and are looking to fill in the day to day with any additional experiences, restaurants etc.

Deciding on a destination

· If a card member is looking for inspiration for their trip or if they have specific questions that need to be answered in order to decide on where exactly to travel to

Itinerary design

· If a card member already has a full trip confirmed, but would like all of the bookings to be pulled together in one single itinerary

Important notes:

· Essentialist can assist with trips of any length and to any destination
· For any bookings that the AmEx team might make eg. Flights and FHR hotels, Essentialist can help to narrow down and propose best options beforehand if required
